Russian pancake recipe
Recipe:
Flour - 1 cup
Milk (fresh or sour, water) - 2 cups
Vegetable oil - 2 table spoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
1 medium size egg
Put all ingredients together in a medium size bowl, whisk them for about 5 minutes.
Spray frying pan or skillet with vegetable oil, pre-heat on high, pour pancake mix and spread it evenly. Fry for 3-4 minutes, flip on the other side and fry for another 2 minutes. You don't need to grease frying pan or skillet for the rest of the pancakes.
This recipe will make 10 pancakes of 6" diameter or 7 nine inch diameter pancakes.
