We are selling items that are unique in nature and are not eligible for an exchange.
In circumstances when an item arrived damaged due to the mishandling during shipping, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. For items to be eligible for a refund, you must provide sufficient evidence that the item was received damaged (e.g. Pictures of packaging and other supporting materials)
All soap, candle or firestarter purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund.
